Why Scient exists
Most organizations don’t struggle with ideas. They struggle with what comes next.
Scient was founded in São Paulo with a simple observation: too many important initiatives stall not because of lack of ambition, but because of the gap between strategic intent and practical execution. Between the meeting where the decision is made and the moment something actually moves.
We built Scient to close that gap.
Founded by senior practitioners
Scient brings together executive experience, market insight, and technical expertise to help organizations turn priorities into structured execution. Our team combines hands-on experience in business, transformation, innovation, and process improvement with strong academic and technical backgrounds, including professors, PhDs, and professionals with certifications such as Black Belt and PMP.
Our founding team brings together backgrounds across Latin America and the US — spanning digital programs at scale, venture incubation, urban tech, and hands-on transformation work in media, telecom, real estate, financial services, and consumer goods.
We don’t separate thinking from doing. We bring executive-level framing and hands-on delivery to the same engagement — because closing the gap between ambition and execution requires both.
