Strategy translated into action
Scient works across digital transformation, new initiative design, AI-enabled solutions, operating model improvement, and product or service implementation.
Our work does not follow a single format. In some cases, we help shape the initiative. In others, we help define the structure, the experience, the digital layer, or the path to implementation. What connects these projects is the same mindset: practical design, strong business alignment, and a focus on turning ideas into outcomes.

Selected Work
Grupo São Joaquim
Executive education, strategic alignment, and a more structured AI agenda for construction and real estate
Scient worked with Grupo São Joaquim to move leadership beyond abstract interest in AI toward a more structured and operationally grounded understanding of where it could create real value. The engagement combined executive education with strategic framing — translating AI into concrete operating contexts across construction, real estate, and management. It resulted in 25 executives and managers equipped with a practical AI lens and the definition of 2 concrete initiative fronts for the organization.
The work combined executive education with strategic framing for the sector, translating AI into real operating contexts across construction, real estate, management processes, and decision-making. Rather than treating AI as a generic innovation theme, the engagement helped connect the discussion to the realities of the business and to the kinds of capabilities the organization would need to build over time.
The engagement also helped give structure to the next phase of exploration. It contributed to the definition of 2 concrete initial initiative fronts and supported a broader conversation about how AI could be approached with more discipline, relevance, and executive clarity. This created a stronger foundation for future prioritization, capability building, and practical experimentation.
More than an educational effort, the work helped establish a more mature decision lens around AI — one focused not on hype or isolated tools, but on where the technology could support operational improvement, commercial effectiveness, customer experience, and better-informed decisions across the organization.
TV Record
Integrated digital platform connecting over 1,000 media professionals, agencies, and commercial teams into a single business operating environment.
Scient designed and implemented a digital platform that fundamentally changed how TV Record managed its commercial and business relationships across a large and distributed professional ecosystem.
The challenge was to bring together more than 1,000 professionals — spanning media production, agency partnerships, and commercial and business operations — into a single integrated environment. Prior to the platform, these relationships and processes were fragmented across different areas of the organization, limiting visibility, coordination, and the ability to generate business at scale.
The work covered the full scope of platform design and implementation, creating a unified digital environment that connected professionals, structured operational flows, and supported business generation across the group. The result was a more coherent and productive commercial operation — one where relationships, content, and business opportunities could be managed and developed within a single, connected system rather than across disconnected processes and teams.
lugarAI
AI venture design for real estate, from opportunity framing to practical market application
lugarAI was developed as a real estate AI initiative designed to improve how property seekers interact with listings, information, and real estate companies through a more intelligent and personalized experience.
Scient helped shape the initiative from early opportunity framing into a clearer venture path, defining the concept, the market logic, the MVP direction, the service model, and the digital experience required for practical use.
The project brought together AI, multilingual interaction, user experience, operational logic, and implementation decisions into a product vision grounded in a real market need: helping real estate businesses move beyond static listings and traditional lead flows toward a more useful, conversational, and data-enabled customer journey.
Animathera
Digital health platform connecting mental health professionals and patients across Brazil, growing from zero to over 1,500 registered professionals and 4,000 online and in-person sessions.
Scient helped turn Animathera into a structured digital product — defining the platform architecture, the user experience, the service logic, and the digital presence needed to connect mental health professionals and patients across Brazil in a more accessible, trustworthy, and operationally coherent environment.
The challenge was to build something that worked for two distinct audiences with very different needs: professionals looking for a credible environment to establish and grow their practice, and patients navigating a sensitive and often unfamiliar process of finding and engaging with mental health support. Getting that balance right — in terms of discovery, connection, and the ongoing engagement experience — required careful attention to how trust, clarity, and usability were designed into every layer of the platform.
The work created a functional access layer that supported adoption and growth from the ground up. Animathera grew from zero to more than 1,500 registered professionals and over 4,000 online and in-person sessions — a result that reflected not just technical execution, but a platform experience designed to reduce friction and build confidence on both sides of the relationship.
Riviera de São Lorenço
Digital platform for one of Brazil’s most relevant coastal real estate ecosystems
Scient developed a comprehensive digital platform for Riviera de São Lourenço — one of the most significant urban and real estate ecosystems on the coast of São Paulo — taking the operation from zero digital presence to a platform reaching more than 1 million unique visitors per month.
The work went well beyond a website. It required thinking through the full scope of how Riviera presented its value, connected people to relevant information, and supported decision-making across residents, visitors, investors, and real estate professionals. This meant designing and implementing a structured real estate sales portal, and building a B2B system — the SIV, Sistema Integrado de Vendas — that connected multiple brokerages into a single integrated sales environment, replacing fragmented processes with a coordinated commercial structure.
The engagement also extended into the physical sales experience. Scient redesigned how Riviera’s sales showrooms operated — covering lead handling, team presentation, sales scripts, and the complete purchase journey — ensuring that the digital and physical layers worked together as a coherent experience rather than as separate touchpoints.
The result was a platform and commercial infrastructure that gave Riviera the digital foundation to operate at the scale its ecosystem required, with more than 1 million unique visitors per month and a sales operation built for coordination across multiple real estate partners.
Swissnex
Urban mobility exploration through design, sensors, and data visualization
Developed in connection with Swissnex, this initiative explored how design, sensor-based input, and data visualization could generate new insight into São Paulo’s bike lane experience. Scient contributed to shaping the project as a practical experimentation layer at the intersection of technology, urban systems, and design. A prototype device attached to bicycles captured variables such as CO2, vibration, temperature, and location, helping translate cyclist conditions into a more tangible and analyzable data experience.
This was not a conventional digital platform. It was a structured urban experiment designed to make invisible conditions more visible, using data and design to support new ways of understanding everyday mobility in the city.
UrbanoFix
Urban participation and co-creation platform designed to make local collaboration more visible and actionable
UrbanoFix was conceived as a community-driven urban tech initiative designed to help residents, managers, and local communities collaborate around neighborhood improvement.
Scient helped shape the initiative into a more structured digital platform, defining how urban reporting, community feedback, infrastructure attention, environmental care, and local participation could be translated into a usable experience. The work focused on turning a broad civic idea into a clearer service structure with more practical conditions for participation.
Rather than remaining a conceptual platform, the project was framed as an actionable collaboration layer — one that could make community input more visible, better organized, and easier to connect to local action.
Circulador
Cultural research and publishing platform designed to expand visibility and exchange across Portuguese-speaking contexts
Circulador was created as a research and content platform focused on artistic production across Portuguese-speaking countries.
Scient helped transform that vision into a structured digital platform, shaping how editorial content, cultural purpose, and digital access could work together in a more coherent and accessible environment.
The project created a clearer digital layer for cultural circulation, supporting discovery, exchange, and access across geographies, communities, and younger audiences.
