Work that shows how strategy becomes execution

Scient works across digital transformation, new initiative design, AI-enabled solutions, operating model improvement, and product or service implementation.

This page highlights selected work that reflects how we help organizations move from opportunity and ambition to something more concrete: a structured pilot, a digital platform, a new service layer, a stronger operating model, or a practical solution built with real business context in mind.

Our work does not follow a single format. In some cases, we help shape the initiative. In others, we help define the structure, the experience, the digital layer, or the path to implementation. What connects these projects is the same mindset: practical design, strong business alignment, and a focus on turning ideas into outcomes.

Grupo São Joaquim

Executive education, strategic elevation, and an AI playbook for the construction and real estate sector

Scient worked with Grupo São Joaquim to help expand strategic understanding around artificial intelligence and its practical implications for the sector.

The engagement was not limited to executive education. It was designed to elevate leadership vision, connect AI to real operational and business contexts, and create a more structured foundation for future exploration.

Through a tailored program for executives, Scient helped translate AI from a broad and often abstract topic into something more actionable for construction and real estate environments. This included strategic framing, sector-relevant use cases, practical discussion of opportunities, and the development of a clearer path for how the organization could begin exploring AI in a disciplined way.

The work also contributed to the creation of a playbook mindset: helping leadership think beyond isolated tools or hype, and instead consider where AI could create real value across operations, commercial processes, client experience, and decision-making over time.

lugarAI

AI venture design for real estate, from opportunity framing to practical market application

lugarAI is a real estate AI initiative designed to improve how property seekers interact with listings, information, and real estate companies through a more intelligent and personalized experience.

Scient has been shaping lugarAI as a strategic venture built around a real market need: helping real estate businesses move beyond static listings and traditional lead flows toward a more useful, conversational, and data-enabled customer journey.

The initiative reflects much more than product development. It brings together venture design, market logic, AI application, service structure, multilingual experience, operational thinking, and practical implementation decisions. From defining the problem and structuring the concept to shaping the MVP, integration model, and evolution path, Scient has been building lugarAI as a concrete example of applied AI in a sector with clear business relevance.

This work also reflects Scient’s approach to new initiatives: not treating AI as a trend layer, but as part of a broader effort to design something viable, useful, and capable of fitting real operational contexts.

Selected Work

Animathera

Digital health platform for mental health access and professional connection

Animathera is an online platform designed to connect mental health professionals with patients across Brazil.

Scient helped turn the initiative from concept into a real digital product. The work involved structuring the platform, designing the user experience, shaping the service logic, and building the digital presence needed to support adoption and growth.

More than launching a website, the project required creating a usable service environment that made it easier for professionals and patients to connect in a clear, accessible, and trustworthy way.

UrbanoFix

Urban participation and co-creation platform

UrbanoFix was conceived as a community-driven urban tech initiative to help residents, managers, and communities collaborate around local improvement.

The platform was designed to support urban reporting, community feedback, infrastructure attention, environmental care, and broader participation in city and neighborhood development.

Scient contributed to shaping the initiative into a practical digital experience that could engage citizens and make collaboration more visible, more structured, and more actionable.

Swissnex

Urban mobility exploration through design, sensors, and data visualization

Developed in connection with Swissnex, this initiative explored how data and design could help generate new insights around São Paulo’s bike lane experience.

The project combined sensor-based input, urban mobility observation, and data visualization to create a more tangible way to understand cyclist conditions in the city. A prototype device attached to bicycles captured variables such as CO2, vibration, temperature, and location.

This was not a conventional digital project. It was an example of experimentation at the intersection of design, technology, and urban systems.

Developed for Swissnex Swissnex is the Swiss global network that connects the dots in education, research, and innovation.

Circulador

Cultural research and publishing platform

Circulador was created as a research and content platform focused on artistic production across Portuguese-speaking countries.

The initiative was designed to support visibility, exchange, and discussion across a broad cultural and linguistic space, especially among younger audiences. The platform brought together editorial intent, cultural purpose, and digital access in a way that supported discovery and dissemination of content.

Scient contributed to transforming that vision into a structured digital platform.

Riviera de São Lorenço

Digital platform for one of Brazil’s most relevant coastal real estate ecosystems

For Riviera de São Lourenço, Scient developed a comprehensive digital platform connected to one of the largest and most important urban and real estate developments on the coast of São Paulo.

The project brought together content, real estate visibility, services, and ecosystem information in one structured environment for residents, visitors, and investors. It required strong planning, information architecture, digital design, and coordination with business and marketing priorities.

The result was not only a website, but a broader digital layer that improved how Riviera presented its value, connected people to relevant information, and supported interaction across its ecosystem.
